The Jay Effross Memorial Foundation: A Healthy Heart Trust
Established in honor of an outstanding teacher, coach, friend, brother, son and father. The fund will be used to acknowledge high school seniors who exemplify Jay's qualities, and to support community education to prevent heart disease.
